If you signed the petition but you want to be absolutely sure that your signature is valid, or if you’re not sure whether you signed our 2024 legalization petition, please fill out the form below.
This petition has been circulating since September 2023. If you believe you signed before September 2023, you signed a different election cycle’s petition and you will need to sign the current petition. This petition is for the 2024 ballot. The previous petitions were for the 2020 and 2022 election cycles.
If your signature is not going to be counted for whatever reason, we will contact you so that you can sign the petition again.
If your signature is valid and included in our petitions, we will let you know.
